The Call of Duty franchise began in 2003 and was initially praised for its shooting mechanics, as time went on the franchise invested in online gaming and became one of the most successful games in the first-person shooter genre of all time. With these achievements, there is an incredible amount of expectation and the developer of the game, Infinity Ward, is addressing the majority of issues that have impacted the playing experience. With that in mind, players may want to try this bug on Warzone sooner rather than later.

The bug only happens when a player is downed and if they have the AX-50 sniper rifle equipped. If a player is downed while using the AX-50 the weapon will be dropped as a dog. The player who showcased this bug was in a tight spot on Warzone when they were eliminated by their opponents and a dog suddenly appeared. Unfortunately for the player, the dog was frozen as a model, rather than a loyal assistant that could help them. It will be interesting to see if this bug is experienced outside of Call of Duty: Warzone, but at the moment it seems to be limited to the battle royale game mode.
Infinity Ward has been proactively addressing issues in the Warzone mode and Modern Warfare as a whole. Despite this, issues have occurred in the game although few of these problems have been as funny or odd as this one. Issues like this one don’t seem to bother players who have been very vocal about other problems they have experienced.
It seems that Call of Duty: Warzone alongside Modern Warfare is meeting the majority of players’ expectations. In this instance, a bug is defying what players are anticipating and entertaining fans.
Call of Duty: Warzone is currently available on PC, PS4, and Xbox One.
