Paying a visit to the Skate Park and beating its mini-in-game challenge is a must for fans that want to unlock and uncover everything in the game, including a hidden luglox chest. However, although the Skate Park Challenge can seem daunting after several attempts, some simple tips can help players complete it.
How To Unlock The Skate Park
To access the Skate Park, players must purchase the Skate Park Warp Disc from Blorto in Blim City for 8 Warp Crystals. Locate Blorto’s food stand opposite the entrance to the Slums and sit down to speak and purchase items from his hidden shop.
Players can purchase warp discs using warp crystals collected throughout different locations of the game, which appear when players progress through the main story and when revisiting locations using the Bounty 5000 machine.
How To Find The Skate Park
Once players purchase the Warp Disc, they can travel to almost any location on the Bounty 5000 machine, though it’s necessary to pick a place where blue warp locations appear. The quickest route is to portal to the Upper Valley of the Zephyr Paradise. Directly opposite the portal are a set of cliffs that players can climb up using the Mag Boots, obtained when players get the RIP Davey Glutes achievement.

At the top, players can find and stand inside the blue warp light where they only need to select the Skate Park Warp Disc in their inventory to warp in the Trick Daddy Skate Park, which then appears opposite the player. Head inside the Skate Park and speak to the teens sitting to begin the challenge.
How To Get A High Score And Beat The Skate Park Challenge
To begin the Skate Park challenge that humorously pokes fun at skating simulator games, press the Accept dialogue option when the teens ask the player if they want to attempt it. This action immediately begins the challenge, with a brief instruction showing on the screen to achieve the humorously specific score of 42,069 points within the 1-minute time limit. If players don’t meet the score, they fail and can repeat the challenge.

To get a high score the trick is to catch as much air as possible using the jetpack and tethering hook bugs using Knifey to swing high into the air. Once high in the air, spin around as much as possible before landing or swinging onto another hook bug or zip line to build up more points. At first, it looks like players are getting zero points, but this quickly increases as the clock runs down.
Players can also use Manny’s glob shot to launch off the central platform and tether onto the surrounding zipline for a different way to catch air, remembering to spin around, especially when jumping over obstacles like ramps. However, it can be just as effective to remain in a single zone and tether the hook bugs, using the jetpack to climb and spin higher.
Skate Park Challenge Reward
When players complete the Skate Park challenge, a message appears on the screen indicating players have succeeded. The teens celebrate the player’s success and reward them with a secret luglox chest, a yellow luglox chest variant. This reward helps players looking to achieve the Luglox Genocide achievement, awarded for finding and opening all luglox chests in the game.
High on Life is available on PC, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
